TAYLOR SWIFT APPEARS TO GET STUCK ON PLATFORM DURING CONCERT IN DUBLIN

The “Errors Tour” continues!

Taylor Swift and her backup dancer had to think fast after an apparent stage malfunction during an “Eras Tour“ performance at Aviva Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, on June 28.

As she performed “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” a track from her latest album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” Swift appeared to get stuck on a raised platform on stage.

In multiple videos of the moment shared by fans on social media, Swift and one of her backup dancers, Jan Ravnik, can be seen standing on platforms several yards apart. Ravnik’s platform slowly lowers to the ground but Swift’s platform remains in the air, which appeared to be an unplanned moment.

As seen in fans’ videos, the singer seemed to be wondering what to do next. However, Ravnik doesn’t miss a beat, and walks over to Swift’s platform and helps lift her down.

In one TikTok video showing a close-up of Swift’s facial expressions, she appears to flash a smile at the stage mishap before continuing on with the show.

Fans were quick to comment on Swift and Ravnik’s seamless handling of the apparent malfunction.

“I bet they locked eyes and were like ‘EXECUTE EMERGENCY MANEUVER A,’” one person wrote on X

“Not all heroes wear capes…” another person wrote.

Other fans on TikTok called it “a beautiful moment” and said Ravnk was “so graceful, like it was supposed to be part of the show.”

Some Swifties also pointed to this as the latest installment of the “Errors Tour,” fans’ affectionate nickname for the mishaps Swift has encountered during the Eras Tour, which began in March 2023.

Last June, Swift experienced a similar stage malfunction during a show at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio. As she performed “Look What You Made Me Do,” the singer appeared to be waiting for the stage to lower.

However, when the stage didn’t move, she sprinted out a back door, apparently to do a quick outfit change before the next segment of the show.

Swift has also had to deal with one unfortunate hazard of performing in big outdoor arenas: accidentally swallowing bugs.

The singer has accidentally inhaled an insect a few times during the Eras Tour — first, in June 2023 during a show in Chicago, when she broke into a coughing fit and had to pause to let the crowd know what was going on.

“I swallowed a bug, I’m so sorry,” she said, as captured in fan videos of the moment.

“Is there any chance that none of you saw that?” she quipped.

The same thing happened again during her recent June 23 show at Wembley Stadium in London.

Swift was performing “All Too Well (10 Minute Version)” when she inhaled another insect.

“I swallowed a bug. Can you sing?” she asked the crowd.

The recent London leg of her tour was full of memorable moments and celebrity guests — including a backstage selfie with Prince William and two of his children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Swift also exchanged some sweet words with Hugh Grant, who attended her June 23 show with his wife and at least one of his children.

“Dear @taylorswift13 , You have an incredible show, an amazing and v hospitable team and excellent if gigantic boyfriend (#tequilashots.). Thanks so much from one ageing London boy, wife and thrilled 8 year old #halfgirlhalfbracelet,” Grant wrote on X.

“As a long time Hugh Grant stan this tweet is very important to my culture,” Swift responded.
