ALIYAH BOSTON'S PREGAME ACCESSORY, OUTFIT BEFORE BRITTNEY GRINER SHOWDOWN TURNS HEADS
The Indiana Fever face the Phoenix Mercury for the first time in the 2024 WNBA season on Sunday.
This game is especially exciting, given the matchup between Fever rookie Caitlin Clark and WNBA icon Diana Taurasi.
Yet, while that showdown is sure to excite, there is also going to be a battle in the paint between Aliyah Boston and Brittney Griner.
And Boston's pregame outfit and accessory prior to Sunday's contest against Griner attracted some attention.
The Indiana Fever's X account posted a video of multiple players' pregame outfits before Sunday's game in Phoenix, with the caption, "temps are rising".
And Boston could be seen in the video wearing a simple outfit that consists of a Jordan brand shirt and sweatpants.
But also seen in Boston's left hand was her water bottle and a baby blue-colored Holy Bible.
Luckily basketball games are played indoors. Temperatures on Phoenix on Sunday are expected to get up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
And the on-court intensity between Griner and Boston should also cause quite a stir.
