GHOSTBUSTERS COMING TO UNIVERSAL ORLANDO, HOLLYWOOD HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS

Ghostbusters fans, rejoice! Universal Studios announced that a new haunted house inspired by Sony Pictures’ latest film, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, is coming to Halloween Horror Nights in 2024.

Universal Orlando Resort will host the Ghostbusters haunted house starting on August 30, while Universal Studios Hollywood opens the Frozen Empire attraction on September 5.

The Florida and California theme parks will blend the franchise cornerstone Ghostbusters characters and creatures with the latest film installment, creating attractions that capture the franchise’s horror and humor.

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire was designed to send travelers to New York City where the Spengler family teams up with the original Ghostbusters. With the discovery that an old relic set free the spirit of Garraka—who threatens to freeze everyone to death—the Ghostbusters must protect the city and save the world.

Guests brave enough to venture into the haunted houses will encounter iconic ghosts who slime and nefarious villains out for revenge as they make their way through freezing and frightening conditions.

To celebrate the new Ghostbusters attractions, Universal is offering up to $200 off a vacation package, which includes admission to Halloween Horror Nights, tickets for all theme parks, accommodations at a Universal hotel and more.

Select tickets and special vacation packages for Universal Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights are on sale now, including single-night tickets, Express Passes, and the R.I.P Tour. In Hollywood, General Admission, Universal Express, the Early Access Ticket, and more are available.
