HARLEY QUINN'S KITE MAN SPINOFF SERIES GETS NSFW TRAILER AND POSTER

The upcoming animated series Kite Man: Hell Yeah! has gotten a full official trailer teasing its NSFW content. Also released is a new poster for the series, highlighting some of the other characters who will be showcased beyond the one and only Kite Man.

Kite Man: Hell Yeah! will debut its first two episodes on Max on July 18. Ahead of the show's arrival, the new trailer provides an extended look at the show. The series highlights the concept of the show with Kite-Man and Golden Glider running Noonan's, a bar for supervillains to get a drink and unwind. It's not always a great time for the characters in the series, however, given how the trailer also showcases Kite Man failing spectacularly while making an entrance from the sky. Also on display is the show's heavy violence, as lots of blood is spilled in the trailer. Fans will also be able to spot several familiar characters, from the parent show's star players like Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy other major villains like Bane and Darkseid.

The official logline for Kite Man: Hell Yeah! reads, "Kite Man and Golden Glider take their relationship to the next level by opening a bar in the shadow of Lex Luthor’s Legion of Doom. Nobody said serving cold ones to the most dangerous rogues outside of Arkham Asylum would be easy, but sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name, and how to hide a body."

The cast of characters for the animated series includes Matt Oberg as Kite Man, Stephanie Hsu as Golden Glider, James Adomian as Bane, Natasia Demetriou as Malice, Janelle James as Queen of Fables, Jonathan Banks as Noonan, Keith David as Darkseid, Michael Imperioli as Joe/Moe Dubelz, Rory Scovel as Gus the Goon, Lance Reddick as Lex Luthor, and Judith Light as Helen Villigan.

The show is a collaboration between Delicious Non-Sequitur, Lorey Stories, and Yes, Norman Productions in association with Warner Bros. Animation. It is based on characters created by DC.

Kite Man: Hell Yeah! Will Debut Later This Month

Kite Man: Hell Yeah! will premiere on Max on July 18, 2024. Two episodes will drop simultaneously on the premiere date with new episodes following weekly through Sept. 12. Meanwhile, a fifth season of Harley Quinn is also in development.
